He built this division’s sales and account management teams while managing three centers providing order fulfillment and customer support for Fortune 1000 clients. His 2002 departmental revenues rose to $200M while serving 500,000 subscribers. In order to deliver the best possible service to the National Accounts Division customers, he developed strong strategic relationships with outsourcing vendors and with other carrier organizations.

This well-respected engineer offers 14 years of experience in telecommunications engineering and project management related to domestic and international telecommunications, radio system design, transmission engineering and development of RF propagation software. With his most recent employer, he designed and implemented an integrated wireless and fiber WAN for a GigE internet start-up in Baltimore, conducting all site surveys and radio and device evaluation required for the network. Previously, he held various management level engineering positions with one of the country’s largest CLECs and with a large contract engineering company.
