Service Levels
Service Levels to Fit Your Staffing Needs
To accommodate the individual staffing needs of my customers, I offer three custom service levels:
  1. Standard contingency recruiting;
  2. Semi-retained recruiting;
  3. Contract retained recruiting.
With the contingency option, I work simultaneously without preference on all positions that have been listed with me by active clients. For clients who are faced with time-critical or sensitive searches, the semi-retained service level (which requires 1/3 of the estimated fee in advance), guarantees that their search will be my top priority and that I will work on positions for other clients only as time permits. The contract retained service level is ideal for companies who require a large number of candidates to fill multiple positions to open a new branch, division, or market. Under this program, the client pays in advance a flat negotiated fee that entitles him/her to hire any or all of my submitted candidates during a specified period of time; in theory, this value-driven program reduces the cost per candidate hired to a very low level.

As an added time-saver for my clients using this program, I offer to screen candidates recruited by the client through job boards, newspapers, and internal company referrals.

As the only decision-maker for my company, I am able to work with my clients to design additional recruiting scenarios that accommodate non-traditional staffing requirements. Fees for custom and individual recruiting programs are market sensitive and are quoted on an individual basis.
